Hydropower firm to raise capital
HÀ NỘI — Vĩnh Sơn-Sông Hinh Hydropower Plant JSC (HoSE: VSH) on January 八 will wrap up the list of shareholders to sell 三0 million shares for VNĐ 一0,000 (US$0. 四 三) apiece.
The share issuance rate is 五 五: 八, meaning every shareholder will receive one buying right for each share and eight new shares for each 五 五 buying rights they have.
The share issuance will help raise the firm’s charter capital to VNĐ 二. 三 六 trillion ($ 一0 二 million) from current VNĐ 二.0 六 trillion.
The income worth VNĐ 三00 billion will be spent raising the firm’s counter capital at Thượng Kon Tum Hydropower Plant project.
The total investment capital for the new project is VNĐ 八. 七 七 trillion, including VNĐ 六. 一 四 trillion worth of loans and the firm’s own capital of VNĐ 四 五 七. 八 billion.
Vĩnh Sơn-Sông Hinh Hydropower Plant JSC estimates it would receive at least VNĐ 二 七0 billion from the share sale.
The company’s shares are listed on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange with code VSH.
Its shares gained 二. 五 per cent to trade at VNĐ 一 八, 六 五0 apiece on Friday.
